As seen on the NIMC official twitter handle a post was seen disregarding the initial statement of January 19 as deadline for those with NIN and now all citizens are required to link their NIN before February 9.
NIMC Director of Public Affairs, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde issued a statement earlier on Tuesday
He stated that after the conduction of a review meeting on January 18 2021 the Technical Implementation Committee gave in their report that there has been an outstanding development in the ongoing NIN_SIM linking in the country.
