By Nigerian midfielder Marvin Akinlabi scored for Real Madrid B team but his effort could not prevent the Castilla team from losing 2-1 to Ferrol in the Spanish Segunda B division.
Akinlabi,19, broke the deadlock in the 24th minute after he snatched the ball from the feet of Racing de Ferrol defender and put the ball in the back of the net but it took no long when Juan Antonio equalized for Ferrol from the penalty spot in the 32nd minute and with just five minutes to end of the first-half Fer Beltrán scored the second and last goal of the game for Ferrol.Akinlabi has made three consecutive starts for Raul Gonzalez’s team, the Spanish born midfielder is eligible to represent one of Spain, Nigeria and South Korea national teams.
